Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of FeedMirror ("Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

FeedMirror provides automated backup and preservation of your public social media content from supported platforms. You authorize FeedMirror to access your accounts on connected platforms solely for the purpose of backing up and displaying content you own or have the right to preserve.

2. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and promptly update it if it changes. You must be at least 16 years old to use FeedMirror.

3. Your content

You retain all rights to the content you back up with FeedMirror. We claim no ownership over your content. You grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your content solely to operate the Service for you.

4. Acceptable use

You may not use the Service to back up content you do not have the right to preserve, to infringe on others' intellectual property, to violate any platform's terms of service, or to store unlawful, harmful, or malicious content.

5. Plans, billing, and cancellation

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis. You can cancel any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.

6. Third-party platforms

FeedMirror connects to third-party platforms (e.g., Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X/Twitter). Your use of those platforms is governed by their own terms. We are not responsible for changes to their APIs, outages, or account actions taken by those platforms.

7. Service availability

We work hard to keep FeedMirror running reliably but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may suspend or modify the Service for maintenance, security, or other operational reasons.

8. Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. On termination, your backups will be retained for a reasonable grace period to allow export before deletion.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that backups will be complete, error-free, or available at any particular time. Treat FeedMirror as an additional layer of protection, not a sole source of truth.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FeedMirror will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for loss of data, profits, or revenue arising from your use of the Service.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material we'll notify you by email or in-product. Continued use of the Service after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
